Hire Delivery and Collection Policy

It is important to us to get your delivery right first time. On placing the order we get in touch within 48 (business) hrs to discuss delivery details. To ensure you have a hassle free delivery it is important to inform us of the following restrictions when placing an order:

Doors / Lifts / Passage less than 31 inch or 80 cm wide
Grab the measuring tape because eyes can be deceiving.

 

Steps / Stairwells
If you have any steps or stairs inside or out just give us a shout. Free delivery only applies to first floor (ground floor) deliveries, ensure to add the 2 man delivery option at the checkout if we need to navigate stairs.

 

Tight spaces
If you have had to pivot furniture around these corners please let us know.

 

Clear Path
If there are any fences, hedges or objects in the path of the delivery we need to be notified. As we wheel the equipment into place any obstructions that we require us to lift the equipment will be needs extra hands.

 

Arranging Delivery and Demonstration

We will arrange a delivery date within you normally within 48 hrs of placing the order. A two (2) hour delivery window will be be provided 24hrs before the delivery date. The delivery progress can be tracked here using you order number provided. If you would like a demonstration of the product please ensure you are available during delivery.

Normal delivery or collection take place during Monday to Friday between 9.30am and 4.30pm unless otherwise agreed. Delivery and collection times are usually arranged to suit you where possible. There might be a charge for deliveries and collections outside the normal hours.

If the you cancels the delivery or collection with less than 24 hours notice or you are  not present at the agreed time we might charge of up to £50.00 for re-delivery or collection.

Sales Delivery Policy

Free Deliveries [Standard]

We delivery for free to all products for delivery to mainland UK addresses. Delivery will be arranged within 2 days of the order being placed. The equipment ordered will usually be delivered within 5-7 working days if the item ordered is in stock. Delivery is to the sidewalk of place of delivery or front door with no restrictions. This service does not cover offshore locations.

Offshore Deliveries [Standard]

A standard off-shore delivery services is available to addresses in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Isle of Man. To ensure the delivery agent surcharges are not applicable please contact us for a quote.

Product packaging

All unassembled products come in flat packed boxes. Two people are required to handle and assemble the equipment. To see the dimensions and weight of the boxes please refer to the product page. Use the guide supplied to assemble the items and please contact Nomad Equipment if you have any questions regarding assembly of your goods.

Damaged goods or boxes: When the delivery arrives please check the boxes and if they or the goods are clearly damaged you are able to refuse the delivery. Contact Us to arrange for the replacement of the goods.

Check breakage/faulty goods: Ensure you have checked all the packaged items and if any are damaged or broken you need to contact us within 48hrs to return or replace the damaged goods.

Delivery Tracking

The progress of your delivery can be tracked live once you have received a tracking number via email and/or text. The link below can be used to track our delivery.
