Delivery

We can design the perfect gym for your needs on a hire or purchase agreement. If purchased a service level agreement can be arranged to make maintenance a breeze and hassle free.

Store items including accessories, supplements, gear and strength training products are also offered. Then supplements can be ordered to be delivered with your equipment. You will also receive a complimentary gift with your delivery. A newsletter will be send to you electronically if you subscribe. The website is also loaded with valuable information.

Our minimum rental period is 4 weeks. We do offer discount in longer rental periods as detailed per product. For commercial and event equipment hire please get hold of us via Contact Us for more information.

You can hire the equipment for up to 3 months provided you meet the minimum hiring period. For commercial and event equipment hire please get hold of us via Contact Us for more information.

The delivery is fee! There is a collection fee depending on the equipment you select, time period and address. The collection fee is only taken at the end upon collection.

Payments are done via the highest level of data and secure payment protocols. Payment is taken via standing order, debit or credit card and Apple Pay. The first month’s rental with the delivery fee will be processed on placing of the order. The re-occurring payment date will be set to the date the equipment was delivered.

The method of payment can be changed in My Accounts > Payment Methods. The change will only take effect as of the next payment.

The product availability is indicated when providing your post code in either the cart or checkout area.  For commercial and event equipment hire please get hold of us via Contact Us for more information.

Delivery normally takes place within 3 – 5 working days. We agree a mutual agreed time of your convenience to deliver the equipment. The product will be installed, a basic functionality explained and instruction manual will be provided. Keep in mind that larger pieces of equipment may pose a challenge due to narrow staircases or entrances.

The heavier machines cannot be carried up flights of stairs, or maneuvered around very easily. If you are in any doubt, please contact us to discuss your individual requirements. For more information please visit our delivery and collection policy page.

Equipment is not to be moved from the address provided in the order without prior agreement with Momentum Hire. Please contact us via live chat or Contact Us. A moving fee might be charged.

In order to buy store items, you need to select a fitness hire equipment first.

Yes, after the minimum rental period. A delivery charge will be levied. Communicate your request as early as possible to ensure we have your preferred piece of equipment.

Your orders can be managed in your My Account page. You can update your information, see order status and make changes to orders and payment methods in My Account.

To cancel you can completed the cancellation form, discuss it via live chat, email  cancellation@momentumhire.com or Contact Us. We require a minimum of fourteen days notice to down-hire, please note that we hire on a monthly basis (e.g. from the 12th Nov to 11th Dec) part months or late notice will result in a full month charge.

The equipment for hire is strictly for indoor use defined under the terms and conditions.

All of our hire equipment complies with the latest EU Regulations for both manufacturing and safety. The equipment is checked prior to delivery with the checklist available on request.

The equipment dimensions are provided in the description details. Acquitted space to safely operate the equipment must be considered and Momentum Hire cannot be held accountable if the minimum space requirements are not met.

Yes, you need to ensure that the rented equipment is included in your household policy. If need be, inform the insurer about this.

Quality products are offered that should perform according to expectations but basic maintenance and cleanliness is expected.

The equipment is fully inspected and serviced before it reaches you. The equipment is well maintained and replaced with new equipment on a regular basis, however, a malfunction is possible. In such a case, Contact Us and our maintenance manager will be in contact with you. The situation will be assessed and if need be replaced. If the cause is due to abuse or negligence, the hirer will be responsible for the damage.

Visiting your doctor is strongly recommended. Check your medical condition before embarking on a fitness campaign. Seek advice on the type of equipment you need to achieve your goals. You may have to ease into this rather than over doing it too early.
